The Snow-Trac is a tracked vehicle that was built from 1957 to 1981 by the Swedish company AB Westeråsmaskiner. It runs on two rubber chains that are driven by a VW boxer engine and is therefore suitable for use both off-road and on the road. With a length of around 3.6 meters and a width of 1.9 meters, the vehicle has the dimensions of a small car. The interior, equipped with benches facing the direction of travel, offers space for 6 to 7 people (including the driver). Entry is via a door at the rear . There are no other entry options. The speed of the two chains is controlled separately via a steering wheel , which enables cornering.
