Sogeti (French: Société pour la gestion de l'entreprise et traitement de l'information , Society of Management and Information Processing) is an IT -Unternehmen focusing on software testing - and quality management - services .

history

Sogeti was founded in October 1967 by Serge Kampf in Grenoble (France). In 1973 Sogeti acquired a majority stake in the European company CAP. In 1974 the American company Gemini Computer Systems was taken over. In 1975 the three companies were merged and together they formed CAP Gemini Sogeti . In 1996 the name was simplified to Capgemini. In 2002, the brand name Sogeti was re-established on the market by Capgemini . Sogeti has been a sister of Capgemini ever since. According to its own information, Sogeti is represented in 15 countries worldwide.
