Solbet
Solbet (own spelling: SOLBET ) is the brand name of the largest Polish manufacturer of aerated concrete blocks. Solbet's range extends from aerated concrete blocks, U-shaped shells and lintels to construction chemical products.
General
The Solbet Group was number 469 on the list of the largest Polish companies in 2009. The turnover was 327.259 million zloty, the profit before tax was 33.216 million zloty. The group employed 1218 people.
The market share of the “Equity Capital Group Solbet” is around 33% in the aerated concrete segment. The current production capacity of all of the Group's plants is up to two million cubic meters of aerated concrete per year. This material has been produced by Solbet since 1954. Five plants are currently entrusted with the production of wall materials from aerated concrete. Solbet's headquarters are in Solec Kujawski . Other plants are located in Lubartów , Podnieśnie , Stalowa Wola and Kolbuszowa . Solbet also maintains facilities for the further development of processes for the production and improvement of the properties of aerated concrete.
Not only aerated concrete is produced under the Solbet brand . Construction chemical products such as mortar , plaster and glue are also manufactured. The factory in Aleksandrów Kujawski has been manufacturing this group of products for 20 years. In addition to being present on the Polish market, Solbet products are also available in other European countries. For these important markets for Solbet, products are constantly being developed and specially certified for the market.
Solbet received u. a. the gold medal of the Poznan International Fair for increased falls. Solbet recently started investing in renewable energies and is now a large Polish operator of wind turbines. The plant in Solec Kujawski is also supplied with this energy.
