Special radio service

Special radio service ( English - special (radio communication) service ) is - in accordance with Article 1.60 of the ITU Radio Regulations of the (Radio Regulations) International Telecommunication Union (ITU) - defined as " any radio service is not otherwise defined, the III in the Radio Regulations Section radio services and is perceived exclusively for specific purposes in the public interest and not for the public exchange of messages available

Whereby the public exchange of messages is to be understood as any telecommunication traffic that the offices and agencies have to accept for transmission due to the fact that they are available to the public.
