Special items (trade)

In trade , goods are referred to as special items that are sold at special conditions due to certain properties.

Reasons for this can be:

  • Were retouren : Canceled orders that have been produced according to certain specifications and returned
  • Business liquidations and bankruptcies : goods that are still in the company's warehouse
  • Production or storage overhangs: Goods produced with too high a quantity
  • Defective productions: goods that were not produced according to the client's specifications
  • Item with packaging damage
  • B-Ware : Article second choice

Special items are usually excluded from exchange. As a rule, they are given to special item dealers who mostly sell them online or sell them abroad.
