Songbird Island is an uninhabited river island on the Yakima River in Benton County , Washington state .

The island has a circumference of 1.6 kilometers, a maximum north-south extension of 370 meters and a maximum east-west extension of 230 meters.
It is located 3.75 kilometers from Benton City to the south . At a distance of one and a half kilometers in the west runs the " Washington State Road 225 ". The "N Demoss Road" runs east of the island.

Songbird Island is not inhabited and not included in the US census .
