Sophie Wahnich

Sophie Wahnich is a French historian and social scientist. She is a specialist in the history of the French Revolution. She is Research Director at the Center national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS) in Paris and a member of the renowned Center de Recherches Historiques . She is a member of the editorial board of Vacarme magazine .

In 2012 she ran for the French Pirate Party ( Parti Pirate ) in the constituency of the Hauts-de-Seine.
