The Sorbitzmühle is a property in the municipality of Döschnitz in the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district in Thuringia .

The Sorbitzmühle is located in a high valley in the Thuringian Slate Mountains south of the Bockschmiede with a junction just before Rohrbach on the state road 2382. Hills and mountain slopes are wooded. There are forest meadows in the valley.
history
Currently (2012) the Sorbitzmühle is a forest hotel for young people and other guests. The mill has existed since at least 1909.
