Soungalo Bagayogo (born June 15, 1941 in Mali ) is a Malian boxer .

Career

At the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City , the 177 cm tall and 78 kg heavy Bagayogo started in the light heavyweight division . In the first round he was defeated on October 13, 1968 by the Austrian Kurt Baumgartner on points. The Malian thus finished in 17th place.

In December 2011, he was identified by the National Olympic Committee of Mali as a stakeholder in the development of the sport in his home country.
