Southern partisan

Southern Partisan is a conservative political magazine based in the United States . It appears in Columbia , South Carolina . Since 2009 it has only appeared as an online publication.

First published in 1979, the magazine focuses on the southern United States and the US states that were members of the Confederate States prior to 1865. First editor was right-wing Catholic publicist Thomas Fleming . The Southern Poverty Law Center named the magazine "the most important neo-confederal periodical".
