Chipboard wood

As tensioning strip timber ( LSL derived from Laminated beach Lumber ) is a wood-based material refers to the very long wood chips is made with lengths of about 300 millimeters. It is therefore a special form of chipboard (Oriented Strand Board, OSB). Aspen wood is mainly used as wood for the production of these panels .

The resulting components are mainly used for highly stressed elements in timber construction as an alternative to sawn timber made from solid wood .
