The Sparkassen-Hochhaus is a 62 m high office tower in the city of Dortmund . It houses the Sparkasse Dortmund on around 7,820 m², spread over 17 floors .
Construction of the high-rise began in 1968 and was finished in 1969. After a complete renovation and expansion in 1999, the Sparkasse customer hall was enlarged.
Together with the IWO high-rise and the RWE Tower, it forms the city skyline .
