The Spitäler Frutigen Meiringen Interlaken AG (own spelling also Spitäler fmi AG) is one of seven regional hospital centers (RSZ) in the canton of Bern (Switzerland) based in Unterseen. The RSZ was founded in 2003 (sole shareholder is the canton of Bern, represented by the Health and Welfare Directorate). It comprises two acute hospitals in Interlaken and Frutigen as well as a health center in Meiringen, which is mainly rented to private providers. The company employs around 950 people and in 2013 generated sales of around 130 million Swiss francs.
In addition to facilities for basic medical care and extended basic care, the company also operates 24-hour emergency rooms at the Interlaken (Alpine Emergency Center) and Frutigen locations. In 2013, a total of 9,603 inpatients and 36,559 outpatients were treated.

The Meiringen Health Center is located in the former Oberhasli District Hospital in Meiringen. The building belongs to the Spitäler fmi AG and combines under one roof a surgical day clinic with emergency care, three general practitioners' offices, a rescue base (fmi), a small department for radiology (fmi), specialist consultation hours assigned to general practitioners, the headquarters of the regional Spitex, one Physiotherapy, a branch of the cantonal mother and father counseling and a practice for bio and neurofeedback.
