The former hospital (also known as the infirmary ) in Hohenwart , a market town in the Upper Bavarian district of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm , was built in 1531. The hospital at Kirchstrasse 9, directly adjacent to the market gate , is one of the protected architectural monuments in Bavaria.

The two-storey, eaves-sided saddle roof construction with corner rustication and reconstructed facade painting is marked on a foundation board with the years 1531 and 1835.

The renovated building is used as a residential building.
