Spooks - In the sights of MI5 / Episode list

This list of In-Sight-of-MI5 episodes contains all of the episodes of the television series Spooks , sorted by their UK premiere.

The tenth and final season aired on the BBC in September 2011. The first and last season consists of six episodes each, seasons two to six each of ten episodes and seasons seven to nine of eight episodes each.

The individual episodes have no official titles, only working titles. Nevertheless, they were broadcast in the USA with their own titles, which are not always identical to the working title. In these cases the American titles are also given.

Beth gets her first assignment: She is supposed to protect the oil baron Robert Westhouse, who is supposed to be murdered by agents of the Nigerians. However, the assignment ends with a bloodbath in the elevator to Westhouser's penthouse. But doubts arise as to who the attack was really aimed at, and Beth seems to be hiding something from MI5.

A terrorist cell in Asakhstan wants to get the biological warfare agent paroxocybin. MI5 hears about it, and the Home Secretary tells Harry to work with the Russians. After the mission, the Russians unceremoniously execute all prisoners. A member of the cell escapes and makes his way to London. Another paroxocybin sample is said to be hidden there.

Beth tries to turn around a Chinese agent. When MI5 receives information that an operation is planned, Beth has to put more pressure on to save Lucas and Dimitri from a dicey situation at the Chinese embassy. Harry has a choice, Dr. Hand over Jiangs and the double agent to the Chinese, or detonate a bomb in London.

One member of the delegation is an old friend, Ilya Gavrik, whom Harry knows from the Cold War. At that time he was able to win Gavrik's wife Elena as an informant.
