Sporozoite
As sporozoite is called a development stage of the protozoa from the strain of Apicomplexa . The sporozoite develops from the egg cell ( oocyst ) via sporoblasts and sporocysts through processes of division - the so-called sporogony . From the latter, the sporozoite is formed through the formation of a shell, which represents the infectious stage of parasitic apicomplexa such as malaria pathogens or coccidia . In the host , the sporozoite penetrates cells and carries out further reproduction processes in the form of a schizo or merogony .
