Municipal Clinic Dessau
The Dessau Municipal Clinic is a hospital in Alten , a district of Dessau-Roßlau .
The hospital has around 700 beds. Every year around 30,000 inpatient and around 80,000 outpatient cases are cared for. The house is the teaching hospital of the Brandenburg Medical School Theodor Fontane (MHB) . Previously it was the teaching hospital of the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg .

The beginnings of the house go back to a building on the east side of Franzstraße that was rented by the state government from 1816 and acquired in 1820.
The foundation stone for the new building was laid in March 1994.
