Stéphane Picq
Stéphane Picq (born August 16, 1965 ) is a French composer. He is best known for his computer game music , especially for the developer Cryo . Some of his soundtracks have also been released as regular albums, including River World, Lost Eden, and Picq's most famous work, Dune .
He began composing in 1987 but left the computer game industry in 1998 and moved to Madagascar .
Stéphane Picq claims to own tens of instruments from all over the world and to be able to play them all. In his music there are a lot of natural sounds such as breath and water sounds or sighs.
