Stóragjá

The Stóragjá is a small, water-filled cave in Iceland .

It is located south of Reykjahlíð in the Mývatn area and can be reached in a few minutes from the ring road via a path. The water basin in the Stóragjá can be reached via a ladder and a rope. There is a men's and a women's bath. The water temperature is around 30 ° C. The water exchange in the cave is low, which means that the water quality suffers.
