Horse cart
A horse cart (or a horse cart ) is an unsprung, single-axle wagon that is pulled by one or more horses . In Germany these carts were widely used until after World War II , especially in agriculture .
One form of the horse cart is the Sicilian carretto , which is still in use today.
Especially in the form of a crash cart , or Stürzkarre called the wagon was a versatile use as a transport for bulk goods . The cart attachment, which was mounted on a shaft above the axle, could be tilted backwards (overturned) so that the goods to be transported could be unloaded quickly . Such vehicles were used on construction sites until the middle of the 20th century.
