St-Fiacre is a Roman Catholic chapel in Treffiagat ( Finistère department ). The late Gothic chapel is free on a field east of the village.

history

The chapel is dedicated to St. Fiacrius , the patron saint of gardeners. The solemn festival of the saint is celebrated annually in Treffiagat on August 30th.

The chapel was built around 1500 in the Flamboyant Gothic style on a rectangular floor plan. The simple building is characterized by a finely worked Gothic portal in the west and a large tracery window in the east behind the altar. The interior is vaulted by a wooden conical barrel. A major renovation took place in 1852.
