The church

The St. Jacobi Church is in the Wiegersdorf district of the Harztor community in the Nordhausen district in Thuringia .

history

The small Harz settlement had a church from the 13th century.

The current church was built in the 17th century in the baroque style. Porphyry from the Harz Mountains was used as the building material, and half-timbering for the upper floors . The one-hand watch should be emphasized .
