St. Mathias Erbstollen was a colliery in Bochum . It was founded in 1773. The mouth hole was on Obernbaakstrasse. It is still preserved today. The Erbstollen ran parallel to Baaker Straße directly through the Rauendahler jump .

On February 24, 1869, St. Mathias Erbstollen, United Dickebaeckerbank & Anna Catharina and Johann Friedrich collieries were combined to form the Baaker Mulde colliery .
