State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled People

The State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled People (pl. Państwowy Fundusz Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych (PFRON) ) is a fund in Poland to which every employer who has at least 25 full-time employees, of which less than 6% are disabled, must pay. The money is used to promote jobs for the disabled. The foundation of the fund was based on a law passed by the Sejm on August 27, 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of the disabled.
