The Dornbirn City Museum is a historically oriented museum for the processing of the history of the city of Dornbirn in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg . It represents an administrative department of the city of Dornbirn . The city museum is located in the Lorenz-Rhomberg-Haus on the Dornbirn market square.

The tasks of the city museum are to convey historical topics and to organize exhibitions and consultations.

Efforts were made to set up a local museum in Dornbirn as early as the early years of the 20th century. However, due to the lack of interest, this project could only be implemented in 1997.

Part of the city museum is the (outsourced) textile sample archive at Marktstrasse 12a.
