The city ​​palace of Werdensleben is a listed building in Staßfurt in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building at Steinstrasse 20 houses the theater café on the ground floor and the so-called Tillysaal on the upper floor with a remarkable Renaissance ceiling, in which cultural events take place today. In the Tillysaal the mayor of Staßfurt prevented on May 25, 1631, shortly after the destruction of Magdeburg by Tilly and Pappenheim's troops, that his city was also "Magdeburgized". The Staßfurt City Council met there regularly until around 2005 .

The palace was built around 1570/90. In 1709 it was rebuilt by the mayor of Staßfurt, Bernhard von Werdensleben . The coats of arms of the von Biedersee and von Schladen families are located above the entrance door of the broad, two-storey plastered building .
