Stal Nowa Dęba

Stal Nowa Dęba (completely Miejski Klub Sportowy Stal Nowa Dęba ) is a multi-discipline sports club from the Polish city of Nowa Dęba . The club achieved particular success in badminton , athletics and volleyball .

history

The association was founded in 1953 as Stal Dęba. Olympic athletes Grzegorz Sudoł and Dariusz Żak , Bartosz Dul , Kamil Gurdak , Rafał Wojciechowski and Sławomir Gładysz come from the club . Later, special successes were achieved in badminton . From 1982 to 2010, the club started 24 times in the Polish first division. In football, the club was in the main round of the Polish Cup in the 1979/80 season.
