Stan Efferding
Stan Efferding (born November 6, 1967 in Portland (Oregon) ) is an American bodybuilder and powerlifting fighter .
Life
After graduating from Cambria Heights High School in Patton, Pennsylvania , he decided to study psychology at the University of Oregon . He was a competitive bodybuilder since 1988 and became Mr. Oregon in 1991. A year later he finished 6th in the USA Jr. competition.
In 1997 he stopped competitive bodybuilding for a period and went into the private sector.
In 2010 he was named 'World's Strongest Professional Bodybuilder'.
He is 183 cm tall and his competition weight is 125 kg.
