Stan McQuay

Stan Michael McQuay (born July 12, 1983 in Yokosuka , Japan ) is an American bodybuilder .

Life

He was born on July 12, 1983 to a Japanese mother and an Irish father. As a child, his family moved to the United States , first to Illinois, then to Van Nuys, California. In his spare time he went surfing and skateboarding. In order to play on his college football team, he started weight training .

In the competition area he increased from the initial middleweight to light heavyweight .

In addition to his job as a competitive bodybuilder, he also works as a fitness trainer.

Stan McQuay is single and lives in California . At a height of 170 cm, his competition weight is 84 to 86 kg, otherwise 93 to 95 kg.
