Under a starting circuit is meant in the electrical circuitry that essentially acts only briefly after switching on an electronic circuit necessary for the operating conditions to produce (in particular working temperatures or operating voltages). Their benefit can be to protect the components ( soft start ) or to enable the entire circuit to be operated in the first place.
