The State Trunk Highway 160 (often called Highway 160 , STH 160 or WIS 160 called) is a 5.54 km long State Road in Wisconsin . The highway runs east to west in the east-central area of this US state from Angelica to Pulaski .

Route description

Eastern end point

The highway begins in the center of Pulaski, at the junction of Pulaski Street, which runs east-west, with St. Augustine Street, which runs north-south. The Wisconsin State Highway 32 turns north at this junction from the east, the WIS 160 leads straight to the west from here and climbs steadily, over the entire route by about 30 m. After less than a kilometer, the road leads out of the urban area into open country and crosses the border between Brown County and Shawano Counties .

The road leads through an agricultural area with a few houses to Exit 242 of the Wisconsin State Highway 29 , which is provided here with separate lanes, and thus merges directly with Wisconsin State Highway 55 , which runs north of the junction together with WIS 29 and about two hundred to the west the junction turns sharply to the south.

Before the construction of the motorway-like bypass, the WIS 160 ended directly in Angelica at the intersection with the WIS 29, the WIS 55 only branches off a little further south.
