The State Highway 29 (Wisconsin) (also State Trunk Highway 29 , Highway 29 , STH 29 or WIS 29 ) is running from west to east State Road by the US -amerikanischen State Wisconsin . After the intersection with WIS 13 in Abbotsford , WIS 97 and WIS 107 , the road in Wausau reaches the four-lane US Highway 51 and initially follows it in a southerly direction. After reaching the northern end point of Interstate 39 , WIS 29 leaves the common route and leads through the urban area of ​​Wausau, expanded to four lanes.

In the further course of the road in eastern crosses Wittenberg puts the US Highway 45 . On the southern edge of Shawano , WIS 29 forms the city's southern bypass after the intersection with WIS 22 . Then the road leads together with the WIS 47 and the WIS 55 to the southeast. In Bonduel the road meets the southern end point of WIS 117 ; at the same time the WIS 47 turns south from the common route. At the confluence of WIS 160 from the east, WIS 55 also turns south and WIS 29 continues on its own in a south-easterly direction.

After the confluence of WIS 156 and WIS 32 from the north , the road reaches the urban area of Green Bay . After the junction with US Highway 41 , which forms the western Green Bay bypass, WIS 29 runs through downtown Green Bay. This is where the road meets WIS 54 , WIS 57 and US Highway 141 . After the junction with Interstate 43 , the highway leaves the Greater Green Bay area.

In the further course in an easterly direction there are still 37.3 km to the end point in Kewaunee on Lake Michigan, where the WIS 29 joins the WIS 42.
