Stefan Haag
Stefan Haag (* 1963 ) is a German journalist and book author . His areas of expertise are shamanism , drug culture and travel journalism.
Life
The graduate in business administration traveled to Thailand , Indonesia , Nepal , Morocco , Mali , Senegal , Brazil and Colombia . He organized crossings in the Sahara and worked as a tour guide in the Andes , the Amazon and Nepal. He devoted his diploma thesis to the subject of the market and marketing of illegal drug trafficking . In the 1980s and 1990s he was active in the cannabis legalization movement and was a guest speaker at the 1st Congress against the Drug War . In the late 1990s, Haag gave photo lectures on the Colombian drug war for the SPD .
Haag spends the winter months in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (Colombia) or in Iquitos (Peru). Otherwise he lives in the northern Black Forest.
