Stefan Lienenkämper
Stefan Lienenkämper (* 1963 in Meinerzhagen ) is a German composer.
Life
Lienenkämper studied composition at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht (Art Academy Utrecht) with Henk Alkema . He also attended master classes in composition a. a. with: G. Stäbler, M. Spahlinger, P.-H. Dittrich, H. J. Hespos. He lives in Berlin.
Awards
- 1995 1st prizewinner in the composition competition of the Brandenburg Colloquium for New Music chaired by Prof. Paul Heinz Dittrich.
- In 1999 he received an artist grant from the Käthe Dorsch Foundation .
- 2002 laureate at the composition competition of Flammabis-Zeitgenössische Musik eV
- 2003 1st prize winner at the Gustav Mahler Composition Competition of the city of Klagenfurt, chaired by Prof. Siegfried Palm .
- 2008 1st prizewinner at the international composition competition The New Architecture of Sound announced on the occasion of the reopening of the concert hall of the Hochschule für Musik Detmold .
- 2008 1st prize at the international composition competition Continuum Musicum Association Reggio Calabria chaired by Tonino Battista .
- 2009 1st prize winner at the Gustav Mahler composition competition of the city of Klagenfurt, chaired by Rainer Bischof .
- 2010 1st prize at the composition competition Auditorio Nacional de Música Spain 2009
