Jaguar XF

The Jaguar XF is a passenger car model from the British car manufacturer Jaguar , which is classified in the upper middle class . It appeared on the market in 2008 and has replaced the previous Jaguar S-Type , which was manufactured until 2007. Above all, the design (inside & outside) has been radically changed under the leadership of Jaguar chief designer Ian Callum . In addition to gasoline engines, several diesel variants are available, which has been common at Jaguar since the S-Type.

The XF was built under its internal code name X250 as the successor to the S-Type. In January 2007 Jaguar showed the concept car C-XF concept at the North American International Auto Show , the XF was presented to the public in 2007 at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt am Main . Deliveries to customers began in early 2008.

In addition to the standard version, the XF is also optionally available with a sports package (R-SPORT-PACK). The XFR and XFR-S variants with a displacement of 5.0 liters are also available.

2015– X260 The X260 is the second generation, and thus the successor to the Jaguar XF (X250), based on the iQ platform newly developed by Jaguar and with an aluminum body as standard, which makes the car 190 kg lighter than its predecessor. Registration numbers

Since the market launch in 2008 up to and including December 2019, a total of 22,373 Jaguar XFs have been newly registered in the Federal Republic of Germany. 2013 was the most successful sales year with 2,803 units.
