Stefanie Grauer-Stojanovic

Stefanie Grauer-Stojanovic (born April 26, 1969 in Tübingen ) is a German cookbook author, blogger in the field of nutrition, nutritionist and coach in the fields of health and nutrition with a special focus on allergies, intolerances and food intolerances. She became known with KochTrotz, one of the “food blogs” with the greatest reach in Germany.

Life

Grauer-Stojanovic is considered a pioneer in the German internet and digital industry. In 1995 she was involved as Art Director in setting up the digital activities of the ProSieben broadcasting group. Grauer-Stojanovic later moved to the international creative agency DDB as creative director, before founding Digital District in 2002, which was bought by the French media group Publicis Groupe in 2010. After the sale, she worked for international creative and strategy consultancies such as Publicis, Razorfish and Saatchi & Saatchi. After a severe allergic shock and a long stay in hospital, Grauer-Stojanovic started writing her food blog KochTrotz in order to create a contact point for compatible recipes, tips and tricks for himself and other people with food allergies, intolerances and intolerances. KochTrotz is now one of the most successful and wide-reaching food blogs on the German Internet.

She has been writing cookbooks for Foodhacker Verlag since 2015. Her first cookbook "KochTrotz: Enjoying Creatively Despite Restrictions, Intolerances and Allergies" was published by Foodhacker Verlag in 2015 and reached the top 10 on the Amazon bestseller list. In the same year, the second cookbook followed with “KochTrotz: Creative, simple, fast family cuisine despite restrictions, intolerances and allergies”.

Grauer-Stojanovic lives with her husband Aleksandar in Düsseldorf.
