Stefano Grossi

Stefano Grossi (* 1963 in Genoa ) is an Italian film scholar and film director .

Grossi graduated on "The History of Scientific Thought in Modern Times" at the university in his hometown . Since 1996 he has been teaching at the film studies department there and has published numerous works on various aspects and filmmakers. In 1991 he presented the short film Savannakhet . In 1998, co-financed by the Italian government, he made his only feature film, Due come noi, non dei migliori, based on his own script, which, however, was a total failure financially. Later he was involved in two films in the technical staff and shot his own projects on 16 mm material.
