Steffen Wendzel

Steffen Wendzel (* 1984 in Aschersleben ) is a German author of specialist books and a scientist. His articles and books are published on Linux / Unix and IT security.

For the first time in 2007 and most recently in 2012 his book Linux appeared in a free version on the Internet. The book Practical Guide to Network Security is now also available as a free download.

Since October 2016 he has also been Professor of IT Security and Networks at the University of Worms .
