The large stone box of Tinnakilla ( Irish Tigh na Coille ) lies under a power line southeast of Glin, in the west of County Limerick in Ireland .

It has a broken capstone on top of four large rectangular boulders barely protruding from the ground. The top stone of the stone box is 2.6 m long, 2.2 m wide and 0.5 m thick and at the rear only 0.35 m above the ground, so that a large but very low chamber is created. The interior of the megalithic complex, which has not been investigated further, is empty except for a few small stones.

The construction, which is reminiscent of a boulder burial or a collapsed wedge tomb , has no remains of an outer facade and no preserved cairn or mound material.

In the place are the remains of a portal tomb , of which a 1.6 m high menhir has been preserved in situ .
