The Bandirran Stone Circle (also called Woodburn Cottage) is located in Collace, south of Coupar Angus in Perth and Kinross , Scotland .

The stone circle , which originally consisted of at least ten stones and is about 85.0 m in diameter, is located in a forest about 120 m northeast of Woodburn Cottage. There are still seven stones clearly visible, two of which are upright. You are on the south-west arch of the circle. Between the north of the two high posts and the next stone there may be an eighth stone, barely visible in the ground. The stones were probably sorted according to size, with the tallest stone on this arch.

The stones are described clockwise (from the eastern upright stone):

  1. The stone is 1.5 m high, 1.34 m wide and 0.8 m thick.
  2. The stone is 1.55 m high, 1.4 m wide and 1.0 m thick.
  3. Most of the stone is buried.
  4. Most of the stone is buried.
  5. The stone fell towards the center of the circle. It is 1.65 m long, 1.0 m wide and at least 0.55 m thick.
  6. The boulder fell inward. It is 1.5 m long, 0.95 m wide and at least 0.45 m thick.
  7. The stone is mostly buried, but at least four feet long.
  8. The stone is missing.
  9. The stump of the lying stone is 1.45 m long, 0.95 m wide and at least 0.65 m thick.
  10. The stone is 1.85 m long, 1.3 m wide and 0.45 m thick and is flanked by two small boulders.

An early (possibly unreliable) plan shows a central upright stone, but no trace has been preserved.

About 150 m to the east there is another group of at least three stones, but only one of them is upright.
