Perth and Kinross ( Gaelic Peairt agus Ceann Rois ) is one of 32  Council Areas in Scotland . It borders Aberdeenshire , Angus , Argyll and Bute , Clackmannanshire , Dundee , Fife , Highland and Stirling . The area of ​​this county corresponds largely, but not exactly, to the traditional counties of Perthshire and Kinross-shire .

The archaeological site of Dull and the Clyde Tomb of Kindrochat are located here . The Pairney Bridge has been abandoned.
