Clackmannanshire ( Gaelic Siorrachd Chlach Mhannainn ) is one of 32  Council Areas in Scotland . It is the smallest of all administrative districts and borders Perth and Kinross , Stirling and Fife . The main industries are agriculture, beer brewing and coal mining.

Clackmannanshire is also a traditional county ; as such, it borders Perthshire , Stirlingshire and Fife .
