Row of stones by Drény

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The row of stones from Drény (also called Alignement von Drény, Les Rochers, Menhirs du Bas Drény or Menhirs Jumelés ) is located southwest of Plémy near Loudéac in the Côtes-d'Armor department in Brittany in France . The Drény menhirs are two granite menhirs about 2.5 and 2.35 meters high . The higher one has a cross section of 1.4 × 1.0 m, the lower one of 1.8 × 0.95 m.

In 2015 a farmer removed three stones from their place, including the two stones in the row of stones. Fortunately, the incident was noticed and the authorities made sure they were returned.
