It is a two-storey half-timbered - semi-detached house from the 18th century. The street-side facade is plastered with a slate gable and a crooked hip roof . Doors and windows have wooden walls .
The monument is centrally located in the center of Alt-Korschenbroich. It is important for human history as well as for cities and settlements, as the old settlement structure of Korschenbroich can be traced on it. Both folklore and urban planning reasons speak in favor of preservation and use.
