Stella Sampras

Stella Sampras (born March 9, 1969 ) is a former American tennis player and now works as a tennis coach for UCLA .

Stella Sampras is the two years older sister of the former world number one Pete Sampras . The siblings trained together in their youth. Stella's brief career, however, was nowhere near as successful as that of her brother. She won a title on the 1992 ITF Tour in Texas (endowed with US $ 10,000) and reached number 250 in the tennis world rankings . In the same year she reached the second round at the WTA tournament in Birmingham after beating Ann Devries and lost in three sets against Kimberly Po-Messerli .
