Stephen Ruppenthal

Stephen Ruppenthal (* 1947 ) is an American composer and is known for sound poetry . “Kakao-Poetic Lippudenies of the Ungumptious” (1975) based on the text Ulysses by James Joyce is a well-known work by Stephen Ruppenthal. In 1987, Ruppenthal took part in documenta 8 in Kassel in the acoustic poetry department .
