Death register

The death register is up to 31 December 2008 led civil status of the registry office on under the authority of deceased persons .

The death book is the bound collection of death records . It is the basis for the issuing of death certificates by the registrar. As with the birth and marriage books, certified copies of the death records are made at the same time as the death is notarized by the registrar and bound to the " second book ". The second book is collected at the district office or the district administration . Significant subsequent entries in the first book must also be preserved in the second book.
