Stewart Walker (* 1974 in Charlotte , North Carolina ) is an American producer of electronic music . He lives and works in Berlin .

Walker's focus is on live performances, in contrast to many other electronic musicians who mainly appear as DJs. Stewart Walker is best known for his album "Stabiles" from 1999. Walker played in 2007 at the reopening party in the Berlin club Tresor , where he is also a resident DJ . His music moves between 128 and 132 bpm and is often based on harmonic sounds and percussion elements.

Walker's album Concentricity was listed in the Resident Advisor 2007 as "one of the most outstanding long players of the year".
