Stippeföttche
Stippeföttche is the name for a ritual that is used in the carnival of the garden in the Rhineland. Two guardsmen stand back to back and rub their butts against each other as they "wiggle". The name comes from the protruding (protruding) buttocks (pussies).
meaning
Like so much in the Rhenish Carnival, which often dealt with the unloved (Prussian) military, the Stippeföttche is a satire on soldiery and militarism in general; in the 19th century then specifically the Prussian 'foreign rule' in the Rhine Province . The march of the Rote Funken from 1823 played for this is Ritsch, ratsch - de Botz kapott ("Ritsch, ratsch - die pants kaputt").
