The Strabag Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) is a German real estate service company based in Frankfurt am Main .
Around 10,000 employees of the group generated an output of 884 million euros in 2019.
The offer includes real estate management (with the services property management and corporate solutions, space management as well as leasing and renting), technical facility management (in particular, secure energy supply and maximum availability), building in existing buildings as well as infrastructural facility management and industrial services. The company manages various types of real estate and property, including above all offices, industrial and factory locations, retail, technical buildings and data centers as well as residential properties.
The company operates throughout Germany and is also active in Austria, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
history
Strabag Property and Facility Services emerged from the property and construction management of the former Deutsche Bundespost (later Telekom). The current company was founded in January 1996 as DeTeImmobilien (Deutsche Telekom Immobilien und Service GmbH) as a property and construction management company for Telekom AG. DeTeImmobilien expanded in February 2005 by establishing a joint venture, DeTeImmobilien Hungary (today Strabag Property and Facility Services zRt ). In 2006 the second subsidiary DeTeImmobilien Slovakia sro (today Strabag Property and Facility Services sro ) was also founded as a joint venture.
Strabag Property and Facility Services GmbH has been a 100% subsidiary of Strabag SE since October 1, 2008 . The management consists of Martin Schenk (chairman), Marion Henschel (deputy chairwoman), Marko Bohm, Dirk Brandt, Andrea Jager, Mike Kirschnereit and Torsten May.
